For Program Participants:

Thank you for participating in the AdvancedTCA Summit 2009. Here is helpful information for preparing your presentation and reaching conference support people.

Important Dates

Please remember to:

• Submit your presentation for the Summit Proceedings by Friday, September 18, 2009.
• Register online for speaker’s badge by Wednesday, October 22, 2009.
• Make hotel reservations before Saturday, Monday, October 5, 2009.

Speaker Kits (coming soon)

Speaker Kits are emailed from Ellen Thro, Please contact her if you do not receive a speaker kit.  Contents of the Speaker Kit (in part) which include guidelines for preparing your presentation are available for download here.

Sample PowerPoint Templates

There are three (3) PowerPoint Templates available for download here. Choose the one that works best for your presentation. Please be sure to bring your presentation and your laptop to the event.
Right-click on the link and download the file. Open the file with MS Power Point.
