For Program Participants:

Thank you for participating in the AdvancedTCA Summit 2011. Here is helpful information for preparing your presentation and reaching conference support people.

Important Dates

Please remember to:

• In order for your presentation materials to be included in the Online Summit Proceedings you must submit your presentation to Rich Pesin by Friday, September 30, 2011.
• Register online for speaker’s badge by Wednesday, October 26, 2011.
• Make hotel reservations before Saturday, Friday, September 30, 2011.
• Bring your own laptop and a copy of your presentation to the Summit. A projector and video cable will be in place for your presentation.

Speaker Kits

Session specific speaker kits will be sent out the week of September 5th, 2011. If you have not received a session specific speaker kit, please contact Rich Pesin.

There are two (2) PowerPoint Templates available for download here. Choose the one that works best for your presentation. Please be sure to bring your presentation and your laptop to the event.
